FAQ's

Is there WIFI in the unit and how do I use it?

yes, once payment if received and confirmed you will be given the access code.

Is there a coffee grinder?

yes, we provide your first mornings coffee and then you are on your own. There is a Starbuck's just about on every corner here in Portland, and we recommend the local shop, Stumptown Coffee.. an easy walk to get fresh roasted beans for brewing! (and just a couple shops  down from Voodoo doughnuts) :)


Where's the pool and spa?

The pool and spa are located at the North end of the complex, between buildings L-M
You are allowed 4 guests total (including yourself) and must have the pool pass with you. Security does a random check of the pool area and will ask to see the pool pass, especially during Summer months. Also, you cannot bring any type of glass items such as bottles, or drinking glasses. Alcohol is fine, but please use the plastic glassware provided in our unit (and remember to bring it backto the condo for the next guest, please!)
AND you will want to bring pool/beach towels as we cannot provide that service at this time.

I want to leave with clean clothes..is there a washer/dryer in the unit?

yep..full size washer and dryer inside the unit


Is there a cleaning fee and how much?

yes, there is a $75 departure cleaning with every reservation. We do not offer daily housekeeping, but that can be arranged with our staff. You would need to set that up 3 days prior to your desired cleaning date. Addtional fees are paid directly to housekeeping: Midweek towel and light housekeeping: $45  Full Service cleaning,complete linen change: $75


Where do we park?

We have an assigned covered parking space for one car near the unit that you will have available to you during your stay.

Oh man..I forgot my toothbrush..

no worries, we have most 'incidental' items such as toothpaste, shaving cream, etc. in a small storage box under the bathroom sink. All we ask is that you throw in a buck if you use any of the items so we can replenish as needed for future guests.


We like to have our fridge 'stocked' with all our favorites..is that possible?

YES! We have a wonderful housekeeping service that is much like your private concierge! For a fee, they can accomodate most guest requests and are a great resource for information.


Is there a security deposit and how much?

Refundable Security/Reservation deposit is $200 per reservation and must be received on the day of booking to reserve the dates requested. We have a rental agreement and upon reserving will email you a copy with more information. Upon departure, the unit will be thoroughly inspected. Full refund will be given if it is determined there is no loss or damage. Please note, loss of condo key: $100 from deposit. Loss of pool pass: $100 from deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

a 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 30 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, however, if the unit can be re-rented, a full refund will be given.
